when she told me that she was beginning to feel happy, something that she had not felt in the last 20 years. On the career front- she was filling in a temporary position for a woman who was transferred to a different department. After 10 sessions Mobeka was informed that she was being made permanent and full-time in her current position with a nice pay increase. After she shared her sexual trauma with me we explored whether it was safe and wise to share it with her husband and she was to think about it and we were to discuss its merits the following week in our session. But within an hour she messaged me that she had already told her husband. He had been very supportive but was extremely angry with the person who had caused her all this pain. Mobeka was very happy and relieved that she no longer needed to hide or keep this big secret from her husband. Through the work that we were doing and all the counseling she was receiving she began to feel stronger within herself and learn to stand up when her family did not treat her right. Her deep rooted issues eroded her self confidence which improved tremendously and she was more assertive at work and that allowed her to be seen and she began getting more responsibilities and her prospects increased. Thrilled with her 3 month results Marietta wanted to continue working on her personal growth so enrolled in my extended program. We began to work on her weight issues and other aspects that required healing. She continues her evolutionary journey, her health issues are well under control and shines.
